I find that if I put maple syrup into a separate container for dipping, I can use a LOT less of it, but still have plenty of flavor. You might want to give that a try. It's also a LOT easier to control your serving size when you know you have EXACTLY 1 tbsp in a bowl rather than a puddle on your plate.

I agree with Gia Rose. I guess that lady just didn't want your money and probably shouldn't get it in the future. One thing to keep in mind, if she's NOT the owner of the vegan pizza place, you may want to have a talk with the actual owner and let them know. No one wants an employee that drives away business.

Drink lots of water and watch your sodium intake. Don't drink your calories (no soda, juice, milkshakes, etc.), just water. Your body needs rest days in between workout days to rebuild your muscles.
