My cousin made me a modified version of this dish without the tahini and olive oil. But it was great! She took one can drained garbanzo beans, two cloves garlic, lemon juice from one lemon, and peeled boiled red pepper and blended in blender. It was yummy.

Salad with Kraft Light Balsalmic Vinegarette ( 2 tbsp. 25 calories) or for a snack try Low Fat Triscuits and peanut butter will help you feel full!

I just joined today. Boy was this calorie counting a wake up call to think about every calorie that you put into your mouth! I did horrible today but tomorrow is Monday and it's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life and we are gonna feel good! Esp. by end of March! I'm going to do some cardio in the morning!
