This is my weight lose gain over the last 6 years or so. The struggle is real and most don’t understand how difficult it is to keep the weight off.

The struggle is real. Most people who have never had weight issues will never realize the struggle of keeping weight off. This is my journey over the last 6 years give or take. Back on it!

It was 2 months (63 days) I was at 1500 cal / day but I was burning Cal’s with cardio as well. I also ate a lot of cabbage soup.

I’m 5’9 I was 213lbs Jan 1st. On March 4th I was 173lbs. I had a weight loss bet with a guy I used to work with and we incredibly weighed in at less than 0.1% difference between us so we ended up calling it a tie. The bet was a great motivator to accomplish what we did.

I made a bet with a former co worker on New Year’s Eve. Most weight lost % wise wins. Loser pays for the other families water park passes($160), cabana for the day ($130), and dinner ($100) plus they have to pay for there own family. So it’s about a $650 bet. Weigh in is on March 4th. Here to do it again I was 213lbs got down to 188lbs. I've fluctuated since and am now back up to 215lbs. So here we go again, a race to 179lbs. Wish me luck. Add me for a weight loss buddy if you'd like.
