Thank you for confirming. I am still confused by all stupid- TV doc- approved methods- new one daily- and also " feel headachy and ill most of the time - they are just NOT sustainable." I would give up, blame myself, be discouraged and depressed. Now I will try to just stay within calorie goals and see how that works.…
