Hi sorry I'm late this week. Had a nasty shock on the scale this morning but I know I've gone off the rails a bit. Last week I was 159 and this week I'm 164!! good luck everyone :-)

Hi Everyone sorry I missed last weeks weigh in I've been away from mfp for a week and a half now! Had a weigh in this morning and I'm still 159lb which is the same as a few weeks ago. Back on track now though!! Good luck for the rest of the week :-)

Welcome!! Nice to see anther UK member!! I've been using MFP since June/July and found it really useful. It's less soul destrying than going to WW or SW etc and the fact you can track your exercise is making me move more and really think abut what I'm eating. I had a bad month last month so only really getting back on…

I stayed the same this week which I am AMAZED at after the amount of food and wine I have consumed over the weekend. Back to the gym tonight :-S x
