I set myself a challenge to walk 30 miles over this month! I was every lunch time, i get half an hour a day, and im taking your advice Bree, im up at 4.30 every morning and i keep meaning to walk the dog in the mornings as well, so i will give it a go tomorrow - please dont rain! ;)

Thanks! :) I have been running, i started the c25k thing and then when it got to running 25 minutes i have just stuck at running every couple of days for as long as i can (but never less than 20 minutes!) im doing the shred pretty much every day, but tonight im going zumba for the first time!! :D

Yeh i try to avoid doing anything in the morning too! ha thanks!! it does seem easy peasy compared to w5d3, in fact i hope im not being too cocky lol!! its cold again now so off to do it when home from work! i was thinking the same tho, if it ever manages to keep a constant high temp i will have to rethink when i do the runs!! :S @weeziews dont worry about speed. im so slow…

i did the 30ds two years ago and it worked a treat, i was soooo toned and so happy,. but then let myself slip again :( so im doing it again! im doing 30 days on 10 days l1, 10 l2 and 10 l3, then repeating it again with a heavier weight :) im currently on like day 5 or 6 i think, but i miss days so it will be good to have…

W5D3 was completed this morning !! I managed to run pretty much the entire time, but on the way back I walked for about 30 seconds as i tackled a hill. I think if i can crack that i can crack anything!! haha yeh right, dont know what i have to do for day 6 yet actually...

Did w5d2 yesterday. Now approaching D3 tomorrow...ok so worried about it!! But heck i gotta do it so no point stressing over it. Tbh im looking back and thinking, at one point i didnt think i could run 60 seconds, but i did, so im gonna try my hardest. i cant believe, and i know i keep saying this, but i am in utter shock…

Did Day 5 today! I thought I was further than that but forgot i couldnt do it over the weekend!! Im doing 10 at each of the levels. When the 30 days are done, im gonna up the weights and start again!! I got getta fit for the beach holiday lol!!

Decided to go ahead and do W5 anyway yesterday and was surprised and pleased to complete it! Tomorrow is D2...and so dreading D3...

Im not seeing much of a result either, hence the thread :( I am glad I took a before photo, and then at the end of week 9 i will take another and see if there is actually any difference!! its so tempting to not leave a days break inbetween, cos i just wanna see some results!!
