Thanks Bree! Ah well, i guess if i cant have the illness im just gonna have to work to get this 3kg off lol! :D So, this week Im gonna do an (at least) 1.5mile run *every* day, AND get back up every morning to give an extra walk for the dog, instead of hitting that snooze button...

I try to do the 30DS everyday Also walk at least a couple of miles with the dog If I have time I also add a run (or if the dog needs some wearing out she comes with me!!) And occassionally i try to get some Zumba in too, very much fun on Wii!!

4000? is that including your daily what youd normally burn or is this purely additional exercise that you undertake?

its not online but i would suggest some of jillian michaels stuff. 30ds is a good all round one, perhaps if you are concentrating on your core, maybe 6 week 6 pack? look at some of her others as well perhaps? good luck! x

You're right , we are all there for the same thing,but im naturally quite shy and was never good at things like Drama at school, so anything like that makes me quite uncomfortable. I like the wii cos i can really let myself go :D

Hey everyone! You're all doing really well!! Congrats! I been busy putting my all into 30DS and invested in Zumba for my wii too so been doing 45 mins of that a day!! I havent got the exact amount but have lost around about the 1kg mark! it was a bit more than 1kg yesterday and then jumped up around a lb today so gone back to near the 1kg mark - d'oh! Dunno why, been veeery good this weekend and done lots of walking and 30DS!!
