I do use gloves, although, I think the gloves may hurt my hands more because they don't fit right.

Either skip a week and do it the next week or document what workouts you have missed so you can make them up at the end of the month. DO NOT work out while injured, you will hurt yourself more.

How do I cure this ache for pull-ups? Push-ups don't really hurt my hands.
