Yeah, I do 25 mins of cardiovascular then about 35/40 mins of weights. Thanks

Thanks a lot. I will start with the strength training and finish with the cardio. It is definitely frustrating! Would it be beneficial for me to add in 1 or 2 swimming sessions? Thanks
