  • Just got the Polar FT4 it is really simple to use. I did some research and the Polar ones have great reviews too. I am super happy with it so far. You definately want one with a band around your ribs.

  • Ohh me ohhh my everyone is so silly! I have to say when I have seen those messages I laugh then I hit delete just not worth my time plus my boy would not be happy.

  • Making sure you stand up a couple times an hour. Walking to a coworkers desk intest of calling or emailing. Just getting moving. Take the long way to the copier etc. I also drink water when I am bored because it is that or eat and water does not cause me to gain weight but that chocolate will.
  • one good place to look is on allrecipes.com they have an ingrediant indicator. Put what you want in it. Chicken is good with ginger along with pork, tofu, cabbage etc.
  • I did and it was not my normal grocery store visit so next time I do my power shopping in a week or so I will be wearing mine and seeing where I am!! Yesturday it was 40 cals in 17 minutes but it was at a slower pace then my normal.

  • I got the Polar FT4 for 63 on Amazon. Today is my first day of using it and I love it. This one comes with its monitor band in it also.

  • I feel like part of the broken record, but you have to be very careful with preprocessed foods. I would definately add more veggies, fruits and rink some more water. These are all essential for our bodies.

  • Yeah sometimes the wasabi powder can be hard to find. Depending on where you live it may be in your regular store or at an asian food market. It is a great thing. Plus you can use it to make the paste yourself. The tuna salad is a great meal and perfect for the summer.
  • Another thing I have done is: Light Rasberry Vinegerette Baby Spinach Gargonzola Craisins Sliced Almonds. I don't have the actual calorie count or recipe but this is super tasty. You could switch out a balsamic and add sliced trawberries for the craisins and feta for the gargonzola.

  • I think there is multiple levels of migraines. I sometimes get ones I call functional migraines. I think just doing a light workout or a walk would be perfect. Make sure you are hydrated I agree with that one but I am one of those people who is hydrated and they still don't go away. This is definately one of those issues…
  • I am a migraine sufferer and have been dealing with a fairly mild one this week. Listen to your body with it. Sometimes you can workout other times working out just makes me feel worse because of the nausea and visual issues. The adreneline can sometimes help though if you are able to get going.

  • Unsweetened coco powder, vanilla, and splenda. Yummy Yummy.
  • Make sure to eat enough healthy calories. If you allow yourself ot go to low your body holds on to those pounds for dear life. Make sure not to let your net calorie intake get too low. I have found that when I was working out before tracking I wasn't eating enough on those days that I was hitting the gym hard.
