When I don't know what else to do I bake my chicken breasts with Garlic powder, onion powder, juice of half a lemon, a 1/4 cup of dry white wine and 1/2 cup water. Throw in the over at 350 for 30 to 45 min or until done.

Looking through your diary I definately agree with the fruits and veggies. Make sure you are adding protein outside of just soy such as nuts and beans and lentils. I am wondering if you might be sensitive to soy products? The other thing is you are higher in carbs. Just some things to think about.

I just completed Week 2 exercise 2 on my lunch break today. I ended up restarting because I broke my toe right after completing week 1.

I worked my way up to 8 so my body is used to it. Those who are not used to lots of water don't want to hydrate too high at first I agree.

It is 12:30 and i am almost at 6 glasses. I will go workout and will be close to 10 before 5 then probably another 3-5 glasses after. Hydration makes a happy body.

Fiber is one of the few things that it is ok to go over on. Fiber in the typical diet is extremely low and fiber is something that the body uses to bind toxins for elemenation from the body.

I use a free app called My tracks. It tracks the distance and speed I am going when out walking.

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin so if you go over it basically your body expels it as waste. You don't need to worry about going over on it if you are eating right.

Your calories are based on your height/weight/gender/age. Some people are higher or lower than you based on their current activity level and how much they have to loose. I started out at 1600 calories and am now down to 1530 as you loose the amount you need to consumer does go lower. I would say remain where you are at.
