What a wonderful Feeling!! As you probably well know eating healthy does not have to be boring or tasteless. I am finding sometimes it tastes far better.

It is an amazing feat. The yo yo scale is one of the reasons I only weigh once a week. It allows me to continue on and not get frustrated by the water retention that happens some days.

It is not a problem to go over on your fiber. Most people don't get enough fiber even when following what you see on here our bodies need a lot of fiber to help get ride of toxins and waste.

I know that now that i have started to cut out things that when I have them my tummy starts cramping and makes me want to throw up. Remember sometimes what we remember as tasty yummy goodness that is very very bad for us the reality is that our bodies don't want it but our minds remember the pleasure.

I am in agreement that a good beer is definately worth the sweat and the planning. I love my dark beer and would rather plan ahead for a good porter then drink the cheap water stuff. Personal favorite is Rogue Hazelnut Brown, but I like to try new ones too. I am like dark beer and would rather go without than make due.

One of the things I have started do aside from planning my meals by the week mainly is I have started eating raw veggies first during my meal. I have veggies for breakfast lunch and dinner. I did this a few weeks ago with chicken breasts not thighs and left out the chives, and did half summer squash and half zuchini. I loved it I want to make it again soon.
