  • great job!! you can see a difference. You definately have been working hard and it shows.
  • I eventually am going to have a reduction and lift. I qualified medically at 18 but wanted to not risk breast feeding. Though I don't want to go smaller than a 34/36 with a c/d go figure. I just want to be able to buy the bras at victoria's secret instead of ordering off the internet just to get something young and fun.

  • Congratulations this is absolutely huge. Shopping is defiantely frustrating.
  • Sorry ddin't mean to sound harsh. I meant it as what types of things are you eating with fat in them. Sometimes substituting veggies can add bulk without to many calories and not much fat unless you add butter or dressing.
  • It is hard to say but I have the opposite issue of having a hard time meeting it. Migth be the types of foods you are eating. Just depends on what your meals are like.
  • http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/ This is a really good blog with lots of good ideas.

  • I don't know if you can have white wine but you could probably do a broth of some sort would change the flavor but would be tasty. Just get a cheap white fish. White fish in tomato wine sauce Ingrediants: 1.25 lbs of white fish ( you can use code, tilapia, orange roughy etc you want a mild white fish) 1 (14 oz) can of…
  • With this one you can make adjustments to the right oils and get a gluten free soy sauce I don't know if Srarchi is gluten free but you can definately try. I don't know if you are able to eat cabbage but this is something that I do a lot of lately with some steamed brown rice and unflavored chicken breasts. So here is my…
  • Depends on what I am doing. If the instructor is barefoot I definately have shoes off with things like yoga but if they have shoes and there is a lot of bouncing I have to have shoes on for arch and ankel support.
  • I have some favorite things that i have received while being in a wedding. Lets just say I have been in a few. For my sister she got all the bridesmaids makeup bag sets with their initial on them in the colors of the wedding. Lucky for her she was doing black and white. When I was in one of my friends weddings she gave…
  • When I first started working out my acne got a little worse at the beginning. This is partially getting rid of the toxin in your skin. Eventually my skin cleared up. I am one of those crazy people who consistantly drink more than 12 cups a day. Another thing that helps is an oil free moisterizer and makign sure you are…
  • With the limited exercise by your doctor I would advise consulting them about changes you can make to keep your weight off remain active and stave off the additional surgeries for a longer period of time. I wonder if they can refer you to someone who can help you devise an exercise plan.
  • Those inches lost are more amazing than pounds lost. You defiantely are doing something right. One of these days the weight will come off too.
  • Awesome job!! Keep working hard. Not necessarily pounds that you wanted lost but you did loose those inches.
  • Can you make a larger batch and freeze it? I am just curious because sometimes I don't want to clean my food processor.
  • Have the Polar FT4 love it. Got mine on a great deal at Amazon.com cheaper then other sites out there and far cheaper then local places I looked at.
  • I went and looked at your diary and I agree it is all the processed foods. EAting out in particular and eating frozen meals or anything that is easy on preperation really is high in sodium. They use it as falvoring and also a preservative. It is better to spend a little time doing it yourself because in the end you will…
  • I am totally into the savory thing. Though if you ask me what my favorite flavor of sweet treat it would be dark chocolate. I also love chili flavors, garlic, cucumbers, melon and berries. I like very fresh flavors too. Just depends on my mood.
  • One of the things that has been really helpful for me is to avoid preproccessed food. Yes you might be within your calories but your body needs the nutrients of the fresh fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Make sure that you don't starve yourself. When you do your body gets mad at you. I learned this after starting MFP…
  • Eventually your body gets used to the amount of fluids you drink. Though coffee is a diaretic so that increases your frequency. Keep at it eventually you won't be going all the time.
  • This is an awesome success story. It really is amazing that you have done so much. Keep working who knows where it will take you. You are doing amazing and this is wonderful to hear about those successes.
  • I wasn't a sweater when I first started working out about two years ago but as I have gotten healtheir and in better shape the more I started to sweat. I don't know what it will be like when I get to my goal.

Here is a Vegan Tofu Scrambler which no only do you get lots and lots of veggies you also get high levels of protein from tofu. If you are squeemish about tofu it actually is about the texture of soft scrambled eggs in here. I do tend to top with…
