  • I had the same problem, so I started trying to eat more protein at every meal and it really helped. Also if I was hungry when I got home I would have a skim milk cheese stick (50 - 80 calories) and a BIG glass of water. Then get out of the kitchen!
  • Good luck, and remember that this is the first step in getting your confidence back and if it doesn't work out there will be another date around the corner! Good for you to get out and start doing something to feel better about yourself. Hope it goes well!
