I still don't see a difference in the mirror. I think the first time for me seeing a difference, was when I tried to put on my jeans with my belt, and suddenly my belt was too big. I had run out of holes!

It took a bit of weaning, but I was able to decrease my coffee from 2 sugar / 2 cream, down to just straight black. Now if cream or sugar are added, I don't even enjoy the taste! lol.

Amazing job! It's quite the shock when you find an old picture of yourself, but boy is it ever feel rewarding too.
