I dunno either so I googled it:) ...Marmite is a nutritious savoury spread that contains B vitamins, enjoyable in a sandwich, on toast, bread or even as a cooking ingredient..They even have a fb page:)- never seen it but mmmm marmalade sounds awesome on a ricecake;):):) prob not as healthy but yummy
