LOL. ALL liquor has the same amount of calories. Be it vodka, rum, gin, etc.

This is awesome-- thank you! You can cut the recipes in half. Just use half the recommended ingredients.

I don't think this diet is unhealthy by any means. But I can almost assure you that, once you start eating normally again (even WITH cal counting), that most of the weight is going to come back. So while it's fine if you want to 'slim down' for an upcoming event---wedding, vacation, etc---don't expect the weight loss to be…

I flavor with natural peanut butter and sugar-free maple syrup OR 1/2 a banana.

Steel cut oats 2 tsp natural peanut butter coffee w/ skim milk and 1 TB flavored creamer.

I do 2 TB in 16 oz of water mixed with a little lemon juice and stevia or splenda. It's almost like a lemonade. It might be an acquired taste, but I do like it. Well it's acidic, so I can't imagine it tasting good in tea. Yuk!

Same here. No problems ever.

Yep- most of these are part of my menu too! I'll also eat boneless, skinless chicken thighs and I used a few tsp. of coconut oil a day.

OH very true. I meant to mention that! It is pricey! For somebody like me who only uses PP 1 or 2 times a week, it's not so bad, but if you use it every day, it might be cost-ineffective. However, compared with BB brand Shakeology, it's a bargain! LOL

Jay Robb Whey. Both the chocolate and vanilla are great. It's as "natural" as a powder can be, and it is sweetened with stevia too!

If you have zuchinni, you can make "zoodles." Just use a vegetable peeler to make zuchinni "strips"--then either boil them or saute them on the stove in a little olive oil or PAM. Very delicious!
