  • What you posted was so brave. I am sure there are many people who eat more in private. I do that as well...mostly on the weekends. I found that if I stay busy, I eat less. Again thanks for the encouragement.

  • What helps me get back on track is stepping on the scale or going clothes shopping. Just remember two weeks isn't that long in the whole grand scheme of things. It is a lifestyle change..hence two weeks just part of life. Hope that helps.
  • I recently sprained my knee while skiing. I was wondering what type of cardio exercises I can do with out putting pressure on my knee. I have been doing about 35 min of cardio 5 times a week and I don’t want to loose momentum or gain weight. Any suggestions?
