Today was my firstday at Turbo Fire and I already love it. I burned 704 calories and I was lost half of the time. I know once I get the steps down ill be killing it. Very excited to follow through the program and see the results. Good luck to you!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE Avocados. I try to eat them everyday. Just had them on a sandwich thins with a hardboiled egg and some srilacha and a few tomatoe slices, it was soo good.

Go to: -My Dairy -Add -Stroll down to Cardiovascular or Strength, depending on your excersice -You can type in the excersice and search or scroll through 'All Exercises' -Make sure to tab 'Add' Note that this how its done from my iphone.
