1800-1900 on non-workout days and 2200-2500 on workout days, depending on how much activity I do. My LBM is 135 lbs so I aim for 135g protein on non-workout days and 160-180g on workout days. I generally aim for 50-60g of fat and the rest of my calories can come from carbs.
