I always thought it was 500 calories. You could always keep an eye on it and if your supply drops, add more food in. Make sure you are eating some oatmeal for breakfast or a snack and that should help.

I weigh less now than I did in high school. I now look back and realize that a lot of it was emotional eating and I am still fighting that war, although I'm winning more battles now!

I have my entire inner forearm done on one arm, but want a wrist tattoo on the other. I think if it's done nicely it doesn't look trashy. Besides, it's my body and that's the only opinion that truly matters in the end.

I run with an Amphipod handheld bottle. It has a pocket that I put Honey Stingers in for long runs. I drink a lot when I run, as I'm a big sweater, so I refill my bottle at water fountains. I also keep another water bottle in my car for when I'm done.

I just ran my first half this past weekend. I ran with my cousin, we ran slow, walked through the water stations and on just a couple of the bigger bridges (they are big hills).

My first half is in 2 weeks and another a month later. I also have a few 5Ks thrown in this summer too. I love running, it's my therapy!

I only use my HRM to do my calorie burn recordings. I think it's the most accurate method, as it is monitoring your heart rate the entire time and not going by a calculation. Great burn, btw!

I do shop there too. I buy my socks, a lot of clothes and other accessories. The only reason I didn't get the shoes there this time was they only had this awful neon color in that shoe.

I only run in Brooks. I got fitted for the size and style at a running store, then I come home and shop around for the best price!
