question about logging calories with your HRM
When you use your heart rate monitor, when do you hit the end exercise button. Do you do it when you are immediately done, or after you cool down and finish stretching? I normally do it when my heart rate hits a normal level and I'm done stretching, but sometimes this adds 10-15mins to my time. Just curious what others…
