Do them from your knees. Google "modified pushups" they'll still work. Try regular push-ups every now and then, you'll be able to do them in no time.

I always used Circuit Training General before I got my HRM. It was pretty high for me. I burn anywhere from 490-700 w/ a HRM. Circuit Training would say 600-1000. If you're not eating them back it doesn't really matter. If you plan on eating them back be careful to not over-estimate what you're doing.

I tried to start Round 2 a couple weeks ago and got side-tracked after missing 0 days during the first round! I think I'll re-start with you, give it another go :D

I'm on my 2nd Round of Insanity. Week 1 Day 4. It's an awesome workout, with great results! Some days are hard to stay motivated, but for me it was just pushing through. By the end of the first phase of the warm up I was into it and feeling much better about doing it! Good Luck!

Thanks everyone! In the first few weeks I tried hard to ignore the scale. It was going up and down every week. I'm also a nursing student, wife and mom of 4. It is very hard. I'm just about to finish Insanity and sometimes finding that hour a day seems impossible. Good luck!

Congrats! You look amazing, and so much younger! If I may ask, how does your c-section "pouch" look. From the pictures it looks like you may not even have one left! I've heard this is very hard to lose. I'm a mom of 4, and ended up with my last needing a c-section so this is all new to me. :D

Way to go! I gained 1.2lbs my 3rd week with Insanity so I decided to put the scale away. I'm only going to weigh in at 30 & 60 days. It's all that muscle we're gaining :D
