Agreed, it comes down to what foods you are putting in your mouth. But if you are looking at going to the gym, I would not break down into Leg/Arm days, do a little bit of everything.

I have done many a weighted squat and not hurt my back yet (good form and good coaching), although this weekend I hurt my back, in bed, if you know what I mean :D Maybe I should concentrate on my form ha ha ha!

Hi, Personally I like to do more dynamic things, ie free weights and exercises rather than the machines. I have a different session each day and repeat for a couple of weeks but increase weights/reps etc. I like to do stuff like dead lifts, wall balls, kettlebell complexes, lots if weighted squats, burpees etc as these…

I would probably recommend a qualified trainer, as it can be easy to hurt yourself if you do not have the correct posture. But Yay!!!!! More women lifting! I fell in love with it a year ago!
