  • I have one, and absolutely love it-my "consience in my pocket"! I've never climbed stairs in my life because I wanted to, but now I do! It keeps me honest, and so does my Aria Scale-best investment in my health I've made.
  • It's alway worth it - don't give up. I am also having a love/hate relationship with the scale, but have decided that it's more important to focus on the positive changes that I am making - like joining Pilates, and inches starting to come off, regardless of what the scale says. I have had similar experiences when commenting to" friends" on my home page, where I rarely get comments back, unfortunately. Maybe people don't have time to answer, but it is disappointing sometimes.
