would love to join the challenge starting at 160 would like to get down to 145 again. dont like much water but I will try to drink more and I got a new treadmill so I will make that my excersise and so far this week I am not doing to good on staying under my caloire count but will try to do better with this motivation.

My problem is, I dont have much motivation for working out so I find it harder to stay with in my calorie limit. :ohwell: But today I am going to walk the dog she is getting a little chubby too LOL

i am about 5'9 and my goal weight was 155 witch I hit today so I changed it to 150 but i don't think I want to lose much more then that.

congrats, like you I also gained 30 pounds after I Quit smoking then I just kept putting it on but now I am working on taking it back off I chewed on low cal gum that helped me a lot. I have been smoke free for about 7 years now.
