Lots of fruits and veggies! They are pretty filling and fairly low calories.

thanks everybody for the encouragement. i really appreciate knowing that I'm not the only one who has, or is experinecing this. i guess perserverence is the key!

I have several of Leslie's DVD's. I think they are great! She is super motivating and the time acaully goes by really quickly. I never feel sore after her workouts like some workouts can do. I'm not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing! But she is a really good instructor. I think you will really like her.
