you may be alone in your house hold but you are NOT alone on myfitnesspal!! That's why there are over 1000s of people on here...and you have lost 100lbs says that you don't need that support when you got your own...i can't even imagine how you can be so down when you have lost so much...i say KEEP GOING!!!!! :)
