Hate to break it to you...but a large percentage of personal trainers out there are just as confused as you are lol. Same goes for nutritionists...doctors...dieticians... An education received is only as good as the facts you were educated with. What is so horrible about insulin spikes? I bet my averaged daily insulin…

Perhaps it does! But at the same time...I'm relatively sure my fingers would be larger than yours, not to mention my hand...and I still manage to do it lol. At home, at work, and even on the bike you see pictured in my ticker (I built a tank mount for it so I could more easily control my music, but it also allows for…

Formal/business. Informal/casual. Lazy butchering? There's more than two categories here miss. :flowerforyou:
-
Ohhh...very nicely done!! :flowerforyou: :)

I know...I was quoting her lol.

Move to Phoenix. /end

Not really. Blowbama got voted in again didn't he?? But I thought this was a weight loss site, not a poly science group!!

Four.

Laziness isn't about saving time. Its about not wanting to put forth effort. Seriously not the same thing. Generally I put forth MORE effort to save time...not less. Posted from my Samsung Galaxy S3

Julie, this is EXACTLY what I pictured when I read the topic!! Until I saw it wasn't in the chit chat forum lol.

You're right to an extent, age is just a number...but life experience (and I don't mean specific exeriences)...is something else. Believe me, I'm not putting down or belittling your experiences, I know how quickly life can age a person. But even so...it's difficult to really gain the overall perspective without putting in…

I like the way you think miss!

If you're writing in the English language, there's simply no reason for laziness. It's really that easy. Informal? Absolutely!! Lazy? Umm...no.
-
^^^ Absolutely! There's only one time when getting the words out more quickly tops getting them out properly...eh Cat? :smokin:
-
Smart girl!!
-
Proper grammar is never inappropriate, I'm sorry. Anything less is simple laziness, not being a 'good communicator'.

I'm sure she'll feel just as bad for you when she enters the workforce making $150k/yr lol. I played Everquest for 12yrs, WoW for a number of years, Runes of Magic for about five years... I hated typing like a moron, so I just learned to type faster lol.

If it works for you...by all means flip it around. As long as you stay under your calories, it doesn't matter WHEN you eat your food. Not if you eat it in one meal, or ten, or all in the morning, or all at night. Whatever keeps you eating under your calories my friend...that's what you should do!
-
This is a sad commentary on the laziness of todays youth :(. Which is why if I catch my 15yr old daughter using text speak on her cell or anywhere else, to myself, or to her friends...she loses it for a week. Period.

To be honest I've found that most medical doctors know pretty much squat about nutrition. So that kinda blows the whole 'nutrition is an important aspect of medicine' thing out of the water. Not that I'm claiming you're a dumbass because you're 24. I paint my pictures with a much finer brush than Mr. Celo lol.
-
Ahh, much better! Well played :).

*watches the noose pull tight as her feet are dragged into the air over her head* Sorry miss, you stepped in it.

Maybe for some men.

What's wrong with butter first of all? I use butter, seasoned chicken breast I fried in butter, mozzarella, and pine nuts. My broccoli rocks :) Oh, and for the record I'm not kidding at all...I eat this. Often. And yep...still losing fat. The trick is being mindful of how much you scarf down.
-
Really? Because why? /sigh...300cal, craploads of protein, moderate fat...and if you're mindful of the barbecue sauce, relatively few carbs. Yeah, eat one or two of these, and you'll be a BLIMP by tomorrow.
-
I know how it feels...it sucks :(. But for the record...you are still absolutely special. I just posted the proof on your wall :).

I used to be 99 for the longest time, then I became 38 again. I was just as wise at 18 though. Promise.

Love you miss J :)
