I eat whatever I want that day, and continue on the next day as if nothing happened. Seriously, in the big scheme, one day isn't going to matter. Nor will it sabotage your efforts as long as you use your brain. There's been days where I've been over 4000cal over. Next day I was right back at it...and off the fat came.

I used this workout to lose 40lbs of bodyfat in 3mos. I was well into the obese range when I started. Keep your diet sensible (500-700cal deficit would be good), eat lots of protein, and the differences will be apparent very quickly!
