Try sugar free popsicles, or frozen yogurt. There is also a lot of sugar free chocolates and candy if you are looking to fulfill your sweet tooth.

I also have trouble keeping up. I think if you do your best and try to do as much of the work out as you can you should count it as a completed day. The more you stick with it the easier it will become and you will be able to follow along better and do more. Good luck!

Hi, according to the site your goal should be about 2 lbs a week. That is a healthy amount to lose per week and keep off. You could try giving yourself a reward, like if you lose those last few pounds then you get to go get a mani/pedi or go buy a new pair of shoes or something. Bribe yourself with something you want :)

I love food, I love eating lol. My weakness is definitely sweets tho, cookies, candy, cake, chocolate. I have really been trying to not keep candy/chocolate in the house because I cant control myself very well!

I think you are supposed to eat a minimum of 1200 calories a day so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. If your net ends up being less because of exercise I think that is ok.

Sounds like you are really working hard! Maybe talking to a trainer would help, it sounds like you are working out enough, maybe just need to do different exercises for your target areas. Dont give up you are doing great!

Everyone has bad days once in awhile! Dont beat yourself up, you cant deprive yourself of everything all the time. Just make sure you make healthier decisions today and maybe work out a little extra :) Drink lots of water too because drinking can dehydrate you!

Do you have an Aldi's by you? We shop there for some stuff they usually have a nice variety of fresh fruit and veggies for really cheap, they also have their own brand of like 100 calorie snacks, cookies, and fruit strips and meal replacement bars that are generic so cheaper.

I do it all the time too, Al Pacone, instead of Al pacino, bigel instead of bagel, burrow instead of borough, you should hear me TRY say ciabatta bread lol. Ive also done canoli oil instead of canola oil, Im sure my husband could tell you a lot more lol!

Thats a tough one. The best advice I can give you is something I learned from experience myself, if he is cheating WITH you, chances are he will cheat ON you too! I have been having issues with being super hungry too, I think our stomachs just need time to adjust to eating less then what we are used to. I have been drinking a lot of water, it helps some.

Its hard to fight that voice.
