I will join, Im trying something new this week and cutting out bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes ect for a few weeks to see how it goes, anyone else have success with this? I have a lot to lose and 10 lbs a month is my goal.

Me, I lost 30lbs and then gained it all back plus an extra 7. I am starting over, quitting pop, and trying really hard to stick with it. Eggs, onions, cabbage, fish, any seafood, tomatoes, cooked broccoli and cauliflower, canola, coffee, guacamole peppers, avocados, beets. beer, wine, sweet potatoes, beans of any kind except green beans, cucumbers, liver, corn beef.... the list goes on and on :sick:

I was a diet coke addict, I quit drinking it for 6 months and it did not help me lose a thing, but I was still eating crappy. I started drinking it again and instantly gained 15 lbs in 2 months :sad: So I quit drinking it again and havent had any since Jan 1st. Now that Im eating healthy I still dont see any significant…

I havent been buying any of the stuff I mentioned before, if it isnt in the house I wont be tempted by it lol. I quit soda too, I was drinking a ton of diet coke every day, and I quit about new years day because my headaches were getting so bad. Now I just occasionally have a sprite if I want a pop and my headaches are so much better, and fewer! Quitting pop is really hard I think, good for you!

He sounds like a selfish a-hole. He should love you for who you are not how much you weigh. Whether you gain 20 lbs or 100 lbs if he loved you he would be supportive not ridicule you and say mean things. Time to move on to someone who loves you inside and out!

I am also a very fussy eater, and I have food allergies which makes it even harder to eat healthy! I have been trying things again like eggs, tomatoes ect to see if my taste for them has changed and no luck so far. I wish I would just like everything and not have any food allergies it would be so much easier!

I like the 99% fat free stuff from yoplait but with sugars and carbs idk if its even worth eating it. I have tried greek yogurt and do NOT like it lol!

I need to lose 100 lbs. I am starting all over because I gained back everything I had lost. I weighed in yesterday at 250.2 :( I am having a really hard time because I love food, especially pasta, potatoes and chocolate! Any help from friends with the same goal would be fantastic!

Ok so being a step mom sucks, you will always be the bad guy, the kids will run to their mom and tattle every time you try to discipline them ect.
