I have a golds gym elliptical and love it. I had a proform one before and it was great too, but I bought it used and it broke so I had to buy a new one, it would have been to much to fix it. I think you should go to the store and try out the floor models at like sears, kmart, walmart ect and pick which one you like best.

I quit cold turkey almost 5 yrs ago and I didnt gain anything from quitting, you just have to remind yourself not to replace a cigarette with a snack and you will do great, good luck to you!

Diet coke makes me snack like crazy too! There was some study saying the aspartame in diet pop makes you crave carbs and sugars, I think its true. I quit pop a little over 2 weeks ago but have already noticed I am less hungry.

I was drinking a ton of diet coke every day, like 1-2 of the 20 oz bottles. I quit cold turkey 10 days ago, and it took me a good 4-6 days with severe headaches to get over it. I have been putting mio in my water and it helps a ton! Good luck to you :drinker:

I love them! I actually just quit drinking pop with their help lol. My fav is the strawberry watermelon, but I got sweet tea, the energy one, and a pomegranate one to try also. The only one I didnt like was peach, but I dont like peaches haha!
