  • Seriously if you are just going to comment on here being rude then DONT BOTHER. It just started doing this today, I didnt know it would happen, I didnt say I was going to keep taking it. I want to know what is causing it and IF anyone else has had this experience like the rumors with Ali or if it is a personal body reaction
  • No one told me it would happen, thats why I want to know if its a "normal" thing or if anyone else has experienced it.
  • I think sometimes our bodies just are stubborn! Have you been eating stuff high in sodium? Or did you have your TOM in this 3 weeks at all? That could affect you a lot. Just hang in there and keep doing what you are doing, you will see a lose soon, maybe not on the scale but in clothes and pictures too!

  • I love tattoos, I have 4 and my husband has 4, and we would both get more but they are expensive lol. I think as long as you get something that represents you its ok, but dont get a tattoo just to get one, its there forever :wink:

  • Thanks everyone for the responses, I work out at home, so Im the only one who uses my elliptical and I wash all my clothes and towels right away, Im really picky about laundry soap and how good the clothes smell when they come out of the drier lol.   • I think if you eat smaller portions, healthier food, and keep up with your water and exercise you could do it with out counting the calories, good luck!
  • Eating out too much, eating too much junk food, too much desserts, and sitting and watching too much tv! Plus having a kid, and gaining way more then I should have during pregnancy, and working a desk job.
  • I switched to diet pop about 6 years ago because that's when I met my hubby and that's what he drank lol. I would like to quit drinking pop but it tastes soooo good! Has anyone quit and lost a lot of weight from it? We both drink a ton of diet coke, everyday.

  • I have the same problem, like its so super easy to gain weight, but extremely hard to lose it! Just keep with it, you will eventually start seeing a lose and notice a difference in your clothes. Our stubborn bodies just need time to adjust lol
