Oh man, I get to little sleep, eat restaurant free food like the breadsticks, and drink diet coke, probably watch to much tv, go to buffets, tend to end up eating dinner later in the evening, and a few more of those! No wonder Im fat lol, at least I know a few things I can change now.

Aww that sucks! I know where you are coming from, my husband always wants to go out to eat, or get dessert! You can do this, you just have to say NO and remember you are doing this for you!

I work from home and my husband packs lunch almost everyday. We go out to eat way way to much lol and probably spend like $300 a month on groceries. grilled chicken breast is good and low cal, or even cut up a cooked chicken breast and top your salad with it to mix it up a bit.

I like grilled or baked chicken but I dont eat the skin, Im picky with all my meats I wont eat the fat or anything squishy on it lol. I hate funyuns and corn nuts, canolis, jelly filled doughnuts, white chocolate, marshmellows (except in smores), and black licorice. The list goes on but you get the idea haha.

oops I forgot to do last weeks questions lol sorry about that! my weigh in for this week is 237.6, i gained like 3 lbs back and then lost it again thru the week, and am 2 ounces less then last week, im hoping this week i do much better!

I think everyone loses different, I tried quitting pop too and had no results. I have also tried green tea pills, acai berry pills and slim fast lol none of that stuff worked and i realized that if there was a magic pill, or shake, or detox that no one in the world would be fat so i quit trying all the junk i heard…

I know when I cheat I feel horrible after wards and wish that I hadnt. Maybe instead of cheating today, you can reward yourself with 1 cinnamon roll this weekend, that way you can plan those calories in and not feel as guilty

If you are happy with the inches you lost you should reward yourself, dont beat yourself up because you didnt lose exactly what you wanted to lb wise.

I think you are doing a great job, you are eating healthy and are under your calorie goals. If you want to add different fruits or veggies you can, maybe some peanut butter or nuts for protein. Keep up the good work!

I love chicken on the grill with corn on the cob lol, but brats or pork steaks are really good too!

Im 5'5'' and would be absolutely ecstatic with 150! I know its still considered large for my height, but oh well, I havent been that small in like 10 years and last time I was that small I was very very happy!

They are higher then other fruits in carbs and sugars but they are still healthy for you, they have lots of potassium which is good for your muscles :) I think if you eat 1 a day at work its perfectly fine, its a natural fruit, not a processed dessert like cake.

Hey there, I like the first Just Dance for workouts, I try to do 1 hr at a time and do the harder songs. I also have Just Dance 2, Im still learning the moves to those ones tho! Definitely a fun way to work out! :smile:

I have noticed that too, I think its because I am not eating so much junk food. My body is using the good stuff in the fruits and veggies and dairy I am eating and there isnt so much junk leftover to poop out lol, thats my explanation anyways ;0
