I am curious about this too, this is my last week of the Lean Circuit, and I am thinking of just starting all over next week. I don't want to stop the weight training, as I am seeing inches lost, but no so much in pounds. Theoretically, I should be able to lift heavier the next round which would make it a 'new' program…

Great on just starting, however if you read your book, or watch the DVD you should never do a HIIT workout 2 days in a row.
