this gives me all sorts of ideas! i like drinking broth or tea with meals because it helps fill me up. i could match the fruit to my oatmeal in the morning and have a complimentary tea! :D

i know if i actually eat too little it causes my acid reflux to act up, and then anytime i eat anything my stomach will hurt. sometimes drinking lots of water and an occasional antacid helps for me.

when i used to have shakes for breakfast every morning, i would freeze my fruit the night before, and blend frozen fruit, flax seed, wheat germ, and either diet soda or low/no calorie drinks like crystal lite. the drink adds sweetness, liquid, and flavor, for no extra calories. :D
