I love my red wine on the weekends, so I make sure that on the days I know I am going to have a few glasses, I get my butt on the treadmill to burn those calories BEFORE I drink them. Saying I will run the next day and then not doing it, isn't good. Also, I try to eat a little less so I have some cals leftover for my wine.…

Im doing the C25K right now, so 3 days a week for 25-30 minutes on the treadmill. I'll usually try to add in 1-2 days of free weights as well.

Is there anywhere to find this program for free online? I found a version that is $19.99 but thought I would see if there was a free DL kicking around.... sounds like a fantastic program and I have a doberman who LOVES to run, so she is the best running partner ever!
