You can make the ticker say how much you have LEFT to lose, how much you HAVE lost, the bottom of it can show your current weight or your goals... you can even change the…

Yes, I agree on the cigarettes! I don't smoke unless I start feeling like I've run out of options. And then I chain smoke... oh man, I hate that. It makes me physically ill. Ick.
