Yep- need to start exercising agan... I did about 13 days straight in November but then lost motivation - would like to start again and try to get through the 4 weeks!

Hi- also doing the 12wbt and whilst not always following the meal plans I have enjoyed some of the recipes and use MFP everyday to track my calories.. I completed Week 1- Day 5 today but would love to join this group to keep me going... I am going away for a couple of days at the end of Week 2 so I figure then I will be on track with you guys for Week 3 and 4.....have to survive Week 2 first!:happy:

I am really enjoying it- first week down this week...(although I did think I might take 2 weeks at each level) as long as I end up ripped I dont mind how long it takes!!
