Thanks for the post, it's so hard. I've have 2 days where i've been out for dinner and it is SOOOO HARD but I am determined that my 3 remaining days before weigh in will count. Onwards. I think I'm going to need an extra special reserve of determination for this week. I CAN DO IT, I will do it! :O)

Keep on in there and just remember certain times on the month you can retain water which ads weight, I tend to avoid weighing myself at these times. Keep going though. YOU CAN DO IT. WE ALL CAN! xx
