Having the same problem here, I went for a couple of walks this morning and manually entered these into MFP, I then downloaded the striiv app, went for a 25 minute walk to test it out and it came up as i've burned -142 calories? how does that work? I would love this to work because this link looks great and it encourages…

My heaviest was about 4 years ago when I weight 331, I did get that down 214, but now sit at 233 hoping to get it down to 214 again!

I love walking, I walk 15 mins to and from work, 10 mins at lunch and 45 minutes after work every night, already lost 9lbs since the start of June doing this, am I doing too much walking? probably, but the weights coming off, so i'm happy :)

Been on MFP seriously now for 3 weeks and i'm looking forward to my take away pizza tonight while watching the england match. Just hope the rain stays off tomorrow so I can go outside and burn off tonights damage!

Fantastic read, ditched the gym about 6 months ago to save some money, I now do at least 30 mins walking a day and feel in better shape, and its alot cheaper :)

The one thing I have learnt about using MFP is that you don't need to cut out the foods you love, you can still eat your favourite things, just not as often and plus with MFP is you won't enjoy your favourite things any more because you will feel guilty haha!

I weigh myself every day at the same time for the same reason, if it goes up a bit I can do more exercise / eat healthier the next day. Everyone's different but it dosn't matter as long as it's going in the right direction :smile:
