9 months - 36 weeks? About a pound a week, you would lose 36 lbs, right? A little more than a pound a week - it is possible. That is, if you actually have 46 lbs to lose. If you don't then it wouldn't happen safely....

welcome!!! Former vegan here!!! Recently went over to the darkside to regular vegetarian as I eat some dairy and an occasional product with eggs in it. I eat mostly vegan though so hope I can answer any questions!

No. :laugh: Well - actually - for me, I don't lose weight if I eat them back. Then you aill have people on here say they lost 200 lbs doing that, so..... You have to see what works for you. If you eat them back and you aren't losing, then - don't!

Make sure you get as close to 6 miles on your long runs. Don't focus on speed when you train for your long runs. Work on speed runs separately for shorter runs. Make sure you run 3 days a week, and cross train one day. Your runs should have a long run, a speed run, and a strength run (hills). Cross training for me usually…
