There is a whole philosophy surrounding not drinking with your meals. Have heard this before. For me, I prefer to drink with my meals.

Then don't! I use this as a guide..... if you're not hungry, WHY go against what your body is telling you because a website is giving you a set number? I feel we lose more and more touch with our bodies, and that is the biggest problem when it comes to weight loss!!!

Not necessary for Warrior Dash. You'll see. I also panicked but was shocked at how little running this entailed.

You don't do that much running in Warrior Dash, and the obstacles are easy.... Like the stuff we did as kids on the playground. The one in NY was on a mountain, so we ran I think a half mile up an extremely steep incline, but that's all the running I remember. I DO remember having the time of my life!!!!!! Enjoy it!

I drink on rare occasions. I gave up my nightly glass of wine and lost so much weight. Drinking is counter productive to all the hard work I put in to train!

Shakeology is crap. Sorry. It's a pyramid business, and that's all. I tried it, and it's not any good. I can tell you about other meall replacement drinks that are a million times better.

Chocolate silk soy milk is great..... Also chocolate zico coconut water But when I need chocolate, and no substitute, I get individual pieces of high quality, good chocolate!

I don't give in to Hershey's, but he bought me a huge box from the gourmet candy store near us. Yes..... I gave in!!!!
