I do not fdall into the "you are not eating enough" mindset. You are probably either eating the wrong things, or not doing the right exercise to get you the results you want. I once gained weight instead of losing because I was told I wasn't eating enough. Turns out I was eating just fine - just all the wrong things! OK…

Not only do I go over, but I go WAAAAAAYYYYY the hell over. LOL - and seriously, it's not like I am eating swedish fish, chocolate, and twinkies - it is eye opening to see how much sugar lurks in everything we eat. Eye opening, but I am not gonna do anything about it. Seriously.... I do enough!!!!

You must incorporate strength training - that is the only thing that does it for me. Strength training with heavy weights - work to failure - at least 3 sets of 8-10 reps

I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I eat pasta in a YEAR. Pasta does not agree with me and is detrimental to my weight and fitness goals. People assume as a former vegan (and now a vegetraian) that I eat a lot of pasta, and I practically eat NONE.

I do not make a point of eating them. I either eat them if I am hungry, or need them to fuel my day, or leave them if I don't feel I need them.

I took great liberties with this quote in mind! Honestly - I treated myself during Xmas break - didn't go insane, but allowed myself things I would normally stay away from other times of year. I don't weigh myself. I may have gained a pound or two, but it won't stay on!
