Not at all. I make sure to eat all my exercise calories. Whatever I burn in cardio and if its a good weight lifting session I tack on another 100calories. Still experiencing weight loss, and retention of muscle mass. Your body needs the fuel.

Fo sho good luck. I was there (not as extreme) not to long ago. Programmer + gaming can take its toll if you do not live an active lifestyle. Good luck for the change!

I'm not done with my weight loss. and its more of a life style change for me then anything.
