I have to keep myself as far away from the kitchen as possible. This means hanging out upstairs during my peak munchie times (which are in the early afternoon and after dinner). I find that I don't want to go all the way downstairs just to eat something.

My goals are to lose weight (about 30 pounds) and to look a bit more defined muscularly. I just get confused because every fitness program or activity says it's the best and that's all you need to do, etc. I tend to give up easily when I don't see results.

I'm 6 ft tall and I have always felt my best at 160-165. 145-155 always felt too thin for me. Currently, I am 195.
