I start my calories at midnight for each day... so usually I've eaten 2/3 of my calories for the day by 6 AM... I sleep then eat again when I wake up....I typically cannot wait until midnight hits, it's usually my biggest meal :)

Denmark is one of the happiest countries in the world!! I lived in Copenhagen for a summer and absolutely loved it, everyone is healthy & active. I don't think it's a bad idea actually...
