I mix turkey and lean ground beef (for the men in my house :wink: ) so it really tastes like "real" hamburgers. All I put in mine is the Lipton onion soup (dry) mix. ****I have never used Jenni-O, I use butterball

I use cinammon (sp???) and the splenda brown sugar mix (10 cal for 1 tsp).....very good!

my weight flucuates around that time as well!! I try to avoid the scale during that time b/c i get discouraged!

I have noticed lately the snotty, mean, and hateful remarks some people are chosing to make on MFP lately. It is really sad. We are all here (or at least should be) to improve ourselves and the last thing anyone needs is a critic. If you can't uplift someone or try to help them you should keep your mouth shut!! :huh:

Welcome!! I tried the points plus program as well and didnt have any luck. I am just getting back on track here with logging my food and exercise but there is plenty proof here that this works!! Good luck with your goals!

I would always tell my husband "too much" when he asked my weight. Then one day he said how could he be proud of me when I tell him what I weigh (when i reach my goal) if he doesn't know where i came from. That made sense to me so I broke down and told him!!
