I'm glad I'm not the only one then! It's just easier to look at the intake for the day and see if I hit all my goals or if I should change what I'm going to eat before it's too late haha!

Hey :-) Im Heather and Im new to the whole weight loss journey. Im 18 from England and Im aiming to lose around 20lb to be fitter and be able to be more toned.
